Modality Specialist, MATC
In this role, you have the opportunity to provide support and manage all aspects of Clinical Education, Business Growth, Marketing, and Strategic representations of the MATC modalities within Malaysia.
Together with the Clinical Applications Specialists and Service Engineers, the Modality Specialist is accountable and responsible for ensuring a good MATC brand experience in the market and to continue to drive and grow the business in the region.
This person will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and will report directly to the Manager based in Singapore.
You are responsible for:
Maximizing Order Intake, Margin, Market Share, and Customer Satisfaction for the MATC modalities and related business solutions.
Formulating patient monitoring strategy for Malaysia.
Formulating and driving local product marketing plan with alignment to regional MATC representation within dedicated local events in the region.
Developing and managing Key Opinion Leaders and Training Centers with support of Local Business Team.
Providing Sales support for potential opportunities including product and clinical presentations.
Providing support to Account Managers on Product Configurations, NPIs, and Competitive Intelligence.
Performing Win-loss Analysis and collecting/updating market intelligence.
Coordinating technical, business, and clinical application team support with the local business team to ensure sustainable good customer experience.
Taking ownership of Customer Feedback Solutions to focus on good customer relations and brand image.
Providing mentoring and coaching to the Clinical Application Team members to uphold a high level of professionalism, including strengthening the competency and knowledge of MATC clinical applications.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
At least 7 - 10 years of experience in product management or marketing, preferably in the medical industry.
Experience in working with channel partners.
Experience in clinical/Hospital IT/EMR field/Patient Monitoring (HPM), Emergency Care (EC), Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AMD).
Excellent organizational skills, written and oral presentation skills with the ability to present to multiple audiences.
