Qualification
Diploma, bachelor's degree, Professional Degree or Others in Engineering (Mechanical, Tool, Chemical or equivalent).At least 1-3 years of working experiences in Mold Design.Knowledge on software mold design for SolidWorks & AutoCAD.Ability to use mold flow and prepare mold flow will be an added advantage.Able to work Independently.Ability to model 3D mould surfaces for tooling.Ability to research problems, develop solutions and present possible solutions for implementation.Start work Immediately is an advantage.Job Description
Design and develop plastic parts, molds and molding processes.
Plastic product designers analyze and interpret data and create new product designs.To design mould based on customer specification and requirement.Design plastics or injection-mold fabrication processes.Develop 2D & 3D solid mold designs.Analyze manufacturing data and suggest improvements.Ensure quality output of molded components.Develop and design engineered plastic parts, insert molded parts and assemblies.Design necessary components.Review existing validation reports.Summary of Role Requirements:
