Mortgage Credit Executive

**Position : Credit Assessment Executive****Salary Range : RM 3,900 - RM 4,100****Working day : Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)****Working Location : Bangsar South Kuala Lumpur****Job Descriptions**- Analyse applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.- Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.- Review and update credit and loan files.- Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.- Compute payment schedules.- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.- Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals.**Requirements**:- Degree in Finance / Economics is required or other related- Excellent knowledge and experience with financial software and databases- Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations - Malaysia (Australia would be an added advantage)- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduatePay: RM3,900.00 - RM4,100.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bangsar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
