Mortgage Loan Consultant/Mortgage Specialist

-To solicit mortgage business referred by business partners i.e.
developers, solicitors, real estate agents and valuers -To maintain good customer relationship and close contacts with business partners for referrals -To implement sales strategies / policies set by the management -To be well conversant with changes in the marketing environment and to provide feedback to Management for appropriate action -To ensure the accuracy of the data collection and maintenance of high-quality customer information, thus increasing the ability to service a customer -To conduct frequent meeting or discussion with real estate agents/negotiators to generate new ideas and resolve problems.
