The Mortgage Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new business, strengthening relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, and valuers to meet monthly sales targets in compliance with the Bank's policies, guidelines, and regulations. This role reports to the Manager, Mortgage Sales.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Aggressively source and book new mortgage loans for the bank.
Actively attend developer launches, road shows, and property exhibitions to develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, and valuers.
Cross-sell other banking products when required.
Job Holder Requirements
Minimum SPM holder
Possess own transport
Experience
