Job description:Job DescriptionsPromote mortgage products to potential customersConstantly identify new sales strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements i.e. prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities which include coldcallings, attending sales launches / roadshows, referrals & enquiries etc.Participate, plan and support sales activities i.e. marketing visitation / appointment, salespresentations on mortgage and other consumer products.Ensure applications forms are duly completed prior to submission.Ensure best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service.Ensure all customers enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.Ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes Job RequirementsMinimum SPM qualification with credit in BM, English and MathematicsExperience in customer service environment with strong customer care cultureAt least 1 year in-depth sales experience in mortgage related businessFresh grads are welcome to apply.Basic spoken and written English languageAwareness of consumer and market trends
