Motor Claim Manager (Accident Windscreen Claim)

Job Responsibility
Review & examine documents if valid for insurance claim
Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
Monitor & arrange daily routine work of department
Ongoing supervise to ensure task complete & successful
Handle customer inquiries & provide assistance
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM
Preferable Language: Mandarin
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic computer skill : Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Experienced & hardworking is preferable
