This vital position focuses on the direct management and execution of optimization initiatives, aiming to enhance the overall performance of our network and IS/IT infrastructure. Defining the Transmission planning strategy based on the Customer objectives.What you will do:• Defining the Transmission standards.• Ensure proper Capacity Planning and dimensioning for overall transport nodes are in line with agreed capacity management guidelines.• Ensure network resilience and redundancy plans on Transport network.• Provide technical center of excellence for transport related issues.• Prepare and maintain an updated Network diagrams for E2E transmission network.• Knowledge of transmission Capex planning,• Ensure implementation of network guidelines and driving project adherence on same.• Prepare & continuously evolve Processes & Procedures standardization on network Design & Planning, Technology & Evolution, Life Cycle Management• Coordinate within team and across teams for performance monitoring and KPI improvement plans.• Track the planning progress of LL suppliers , run the forum monthly to align all stakeholder on same page.• Ensure quality and timely delivery for MS services.• Participate and add value in various stakeholder meetings to agree SLA/WLA.• Analyze major incidences in the network and create plan to eradicate those.The skills you bring:- Ericsson Operations Engine - Mode Of Operations.- Ericsson Traffic Monitoring and Analysis Competence.- System and Network Configuration.- Network Configuration And Change Management.- MS TOP.- Troubleshooting skills.- Network Capacity Management.- Network Performance.- End-user Quality of Service,Optimization.- ITIL Framework.Why Join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
