Collect and consolidate information from relevant stakeholders regarding the brand and digital calendar, as well as campaign concepts.
Operationalize brand and online strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional guidelines.
Ensure all digital activities are consistent and cohesive across platforms and touchpoints.
2) Online Visibility & Brand Excellence
Responsible for briefing, developing, and deploying all content and visuals, such as:
Ecommerce Store-in-Store (SIS) pages
Product Display Pages (PDP)
Media campaign materials
CRM activation assets
Website and platform content
Collaborate with the Service Center and regional teams to boost LDB brands' online presence.
Act as LDB's champion for the Digital Shelf tool and maintain content integrity.
3) Platforms Update
Maintain various websites in alignment with the brand calendar and the unique role of each digital touchpoint within the consumer journey.
Ensure the platform's content is regularly updated to provide a seamless consumer experience.
Collaborate with the Media Manager on the visuals and materials for transactional media.
4) Livestreaming and Social Sellers
Implement the Brand Advocacy Strategy to drive consumer engagement from consideration to conversion, with a focus on key ecommerce moments and campaigns.
Collaborate with Brand Product Managers, Media, and Ecommerce teams to:
Provide brand-aligned briefings for content development in lower-funnel touchpoints and activations.
Identify social sellers and livestream hosts from the pre-approved brand list to support seeding activities and conversion campaigns.
Oversee and execute seeding activities and conversion activations in collaboration with the Marketing team.
