We are seeking talented and multilingual individuals to join our E-Hailing customer service team in Medini 7, Iskandar Puteri. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to a diverse customer base, ensuring high-quality service in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Address customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding E-Hailing services.
Offer effective solutions to customer issues and escalate to relevant departments when required.
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and feedback.
Meet individual and team performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
Work flexible rotational shifts, including mornings and nights, to meet operational needs.
Requirements:
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing inMandarin ,Cantonese , andEnglishfluently.
Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including mornings and nights.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
