Multilingual E-Hailing Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Join our Startek Johor team as a Customer Support Specialist for the E-Hailing project.
This role requires fluency in English and proficiency in Traditional Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) or Cantonese, ensuring exceptional support to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Address inquiries from customers and drivers in English, Traditional Mandarin, or Cantonese.
Provide accurate information on E-Hailing services, policies, and troubleshooting steps.
Resolve complaints, disputes, and technical issues efficiently.
Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams while maintaining follow-up.
Driver Support:
Assist drivers with onboarding, account setup, and operational queries.
Offer guidance on platform navigation and service optimization.
Feedback and Improvement:
Collect customer and driver feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
Work Schedule:
8-hour shifts, rotating between Morning, Afternoon, and Night schedules.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Traditional Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) or Cantonese.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service or E-Hailing services is an advantage.
Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
