Multimedia Cum Event Coordinator

-Utilize Adobe Suites (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects) or other creative tools to create high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.


-Perform post-production tasks such as video editing, sound design, and the addition of visual effects based on creative scripts and requirements.


-Develop engaging social media reels, promotional content, and visual assets for various platforms.


-Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreed performance indicators.


-Maintain accurate stock records, including processing, receiving, packing, and shipping stock/materials in the office.


-Ensure proper inventory control and timely restocking of materials as needed.


-Assist in organizing and executing regional events, including client meetings, promotional events, and social events.


-Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and manage on-site execution to ensure event success.


-Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by superiors or the company.


-Maintain punctuality and meet hard and short deadlines for multimedia production, events, and other duties.

; Requirements:-


-Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a multimedia or event coordination role.


-Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.


-Strong videography skills (video editing and shooting).


-Knowledge of excel-based inventory management and record-keeping.


-Fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay language.


-Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.


-A proactive and creative mindset with attention to detail.


-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
