Multimedia Designer

Job Responsibilities:Creative Design:Develop and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various media, including web, social media, print, and packaging.
Brand Consistency:Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Quality Assurance:Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects.
Keep files organized and maintain proper documentation of design projects for future reference and collaboration.
Innovation:Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate design approaches.
Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements:Diploma in Multimedia Design or a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential.
A flair for designing visually appealing and engaging collateral.
Self-driven in managing projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Bonus Advantages:Experience using creative tech tools (e.g., AI tools).
Basic knowledge of other video editing software (e.g., CapCut EN/CN, XiuXiu, etc.).
