Responsibilities : Design and produce marketing materials ranging from still graphic images to motion graphicsDesign and deploy marketing communications tools and finished products across multiple forms of media for print, web and video.Adapting key-arts visual and finalizing collateral for digital marketingContribute to opportunities to develop original contents and concepts of effective communication solutions that reinforce key business and marketing objectives.Provide multimedia design support to the client's requirementBrainstorm and mock-up design ideas with cross functional teamMake necessary changes in line with the clients' demand and the project objectivesContribute in refining the creative concepts for company's marketing strategies and initiatives.Support in the development of artwork for various marketing materials such as print ad, brochure, packaging, flyer, banner/bunting, poster etcLiaise and coordinate with external agencies, vendors and etc for print/production and quality controlAssist in printing and delivery of marketing materialsSupport the content creation for digital branding effortsWork closely with Marketing Department to communicate the intended message through creative designs for web.Responsible for layout, visual appearance, usability and development of company's websitesTo develop conceptual design, prepare illustrations & adaptations, supervise design of printed and online materials.To contribute on branding identity development, graphic, packaging & advertising design.To conceptualize with mock-ups and design marketing and collateral materials, visual aids, promotion tools such as flyers, newsletters, printed ads, bunting, banners etc.Ability to design, develop and execute product concepts, brand manuals and style guides for the company products.Lead, develop and execute online and offline graphic design projects such as brochures, graphics and images, social media and website contents, ensuring that creative standards and branding is consistent.Ready to design, lead and maintain the creative side of multi-platform campaigns for the company i.e. website, social media, mobile, promo videos etc.To design and manage digital screen contents (still images and motion videos).To provide photography and videography services as needed, including editing. Qualifications : Knowledge and skills in graphic and multimedia design and layoutCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/ Advertising/Media or equivalent2 to 3 years of related experience would be an added advantage.Expert in graphic, multimedia and web designing software like Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Premiere, 3D Max and etcWeb application programming skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are an added advantageGood knowledge on MS Office operation, Excel and Outlook.A committed team player who is resourceful, dynamic and possesses good market intelligence with analytical mind.·Self-motivated, efficient and dedicated fast learnerAbility to work independently with strong communication skills.Ability to present ideas and solutions through effective communicationA strong creative visual thinker who can execute ideas from concept to final artworkStrong technical aptitude to learn new things
