As part of the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with marketing executives, managers, and other operational departments to provide design and conceptualization solutions for a variety of deliverables.
Your creativity will be pivotal in creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital materials.Responsibilities:Collaboration with Marketing Team:
- Work closely with marketing executives, managers, and other operational departments to provide design solutions for various deliverables.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize and create engaging marketing materials.
Understanding Customer Demographics:
- Conduct research to understand customer demographics and preferences.
- Develop an appropriate look and feel for all promotional and event-related materials based on customer insights.
Adherence to Brand Guidelines:
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines in the development of all design materials.
- Safeguard collateral quality and consistency across ad formats, dimensions, and languages.
Print and Digital Design:
- Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print materials and digital platforms.
- Ensure designs are versatile, effective across various mediums, and align with the brand image.
Collaboration with Suppliers/Vendors:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the production of campaign materials and props.
- Ensure materials produced meet high-quality standards and align with the company's branding guidelines.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design.
Proficiency in the Chinese language (spoken and written).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and marketing professionals.
Understanding of customer demographics and the ability to translate insights into design solutions.
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong adherence to brand guidelines and collateral quality standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to create and edit videos.
