With a strong front-to-back expertise in the cash and derivatives markets, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of financial markets technologies, we provide smart and efficient solutions.We are seeking a CEM Consultant to work in an environment management role on Murex in Singapore, focusing on client servicing with the following responsibilities:
Deploy and manage Murex Software using Murex tools and scripts.
Perform basic smoke tests and act as first-level support, redirecting and following up on issues with the corresponding support teams.
Utilize Murex configuration management tools and methodologies to import/export configuration items and analyze related issues.
Perform database sanitization and purging procedures, execute migration sequences, stabilize processes, and follow up on migration defects.
Contribute to creating CEM methodologies, conversion processes, communication workflows, and necessary templates and documentation.
Customize and document installation and conversion/upgrade procedures.
Deliver necessary training and best practices for clients.
Manage internal streams by contributing to creating tools, measuring related KPIs, and analyzing potential issues.
RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Knowledge and experience of Unix commands and Shell Scripting.
Familiarity with Linux and Oracle Database.
Motivation to work in the financial software/investment banking industry.
Experience in Murex environment management is an advantage.
A strong proven track record of client servicing, understanding customer needs, and building effective relationships.
Strong time management skills and demonstrable problem-solving/analytical skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently, as required.
