Job Title:Customer Service Technical Support Assistant
Responsibilities:
Responsible for installation, commissioning, and training of vision inspection system, and machine acceptance.
Pay frequent customer visits for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Handle machine maintenance and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.
Minimum Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a similar technical services job.
Education: Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical, IT, automation, or electrical is preferred.
Good communication skills, hardworking, self-motivated, and a good team player.
Knowledge in mechanical and electrical; can read and draw basic drawings.
Familiar with office software, such as Office and WPS; know how to use AutoCAD at a basic level.
Mandarin speaker.
