WHAT WILL YOU DO? We are looking for a positive and energetic Operations Specialist to help onboard our merchants and improve the overall quality of our supply. You will be part of the Central Operations team that looks after key operational workflows across the region. As an Operations Specialist, you will: - Conduct regular price checks for our key supply to ensure competitiveness - Review our key supply & ensure that product pages are highly optimised for conversions - Support content optimization projects for the region - Create Product Information Sheet in preparation for onboarding - Responsible for onboarding new providers & products onto our platform WHAT EXPERTISE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE? - At least 1 year of experience, preferably in a fast paced e-commerce / operations / travel environment - Diploma from any field- Strong attention to detail & meticulous in nature - Strong problem solving skills - Excellent comprehension and communication skills, you are great in both spoken and written English - Comfortable working with content management systems and tools, experience with Salesforce, Zendesk or other customer service software Note: This role is expected to report to our office daily located in KL Sentral.
