About the team
Doctor Anywhere's Provider Management team is a crucial component. We focus on expanding our presence and partnerships with pharmacies, hospitals, and medical centers. This helps to ensure our healthcare services are accessible to a greater coverage for our users across primary and specialist care.
About the role
We are seeking aSenior / Executive, Customer Service (Provider Management)who will provide accurate and prompt assistance to the panel network of providers with accurate information and able to communicate effectively in between internal stakeholders and external parties (Eg. Panel Providers, Insurance Partners, etc.).
The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment.
This role is based inMalaysiaand reports directly to theManager, Provider Managementand supports the Singapore Operation Team.
A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:
Act as the primary contact for panel providers under the network while always maintaining highly professional and courteous communications.
Handle escalations from Clinics and Corporate Clients received via telephone and email while ensuring a high standard of quality.
Review medical enquiries from panel clinics and provide advice/solutions.
Support in market data collection of various procedural fees if required.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned when appropriate.
About you
At least 2 years of experience working in a contact center is required.
Prior experience in a healthcare environment will be advantageous.
Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork and working in a collaborative environment.
Detail-oriented person and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do.
Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper-growth environment would be a bonus.
A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
