(Myr 15K) Salesforce Consultant

Responsibilities:Conduct sessions to gather business and technical requirements, creating necessary documentation.
Collaborate with clients to align current and future business processes with proposed solutions.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients for successful application/system implementation.
Perform hands-on customization and configuration of applications/systems.
Develop Test Plans and assist with User Acceptance Testing.
Prepare Data Mappings and manage Data Migration processes.
Design Data/Application Integration solutions.
Foster and maintain client relationships; present proposals and solutions.
Support customer operations, including database management, analytics, and stakeholder management.Required Skills/Experience:Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
Strong consulting background and excellent communication skills.
Proven experience with Salesforce.com (Core Clouds, Non-Profit Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Ability to design and optimize business processes across systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum 6 years in IT or 3 years in donor/membership database management.
Familiarity with on-premises or cloud applications (J2EE, .Net, API development) is preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written skills in English and Malay.#J-18808-Ljbffr
