Financial Reporting:Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports and statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Risk Management:Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and profitability.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Team Leadership:Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve financial goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:Extensive experience in financial management.
Certifications:CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are often preferred.Key Skills:
Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with financial systems and technology, including SAP Excel and other office tools.
Analytical Skills:Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
