Job Description
MYSTEP Trainee under Group Legal is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the Conditions Precedent as enumerated in the Facility Agreement and the Letter of Offer prior to the first disbursement of the facility or before any restructuring of the facility takes place.
To ensure the Bank's Conditions Precedent are complied with and fulfilled by the Customer before first disbursement or before any restructuring of the facility takes place.
This includes liaising and managing with other financial institutions for the purpose of opening any Designated Account by the Customer that is assigned to the Bank, Independent Consultant through the internal technical team, and the Bank's panel solicitors in respect of all documents under the Conditions Precedent.
To improve customer service and satisfaction.
To review any Letter of Offer to commensurate with the requirement of the Conditions Precedent as per the approval.
To review Security Documents to commensurate with the requirement of the Conditions Precedent.
To review Indicative Terms & Conditions and Principal Terms & Conditions to commensurate with the requirement of the Conditions Precedent.
To liaise with external parties e.g.
clients, solicitors, and others during the documentation process.
To ensure the release confirmation in respect of Conditions Precedent is done in a timely manner.
To provide any other services as instructed by Head, Business Group 1, Group Legal.
To impart knowledge to other staff.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Must be a Malaysian citizen.
Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resource, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Business Studies, Economics, Law, Commerce, Data Analytics, Marketing, IT, and other business-related fields.
Minimum CGPA of 3.00 & above.
Good in both writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel.
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
