National Beauty Trainer

Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver training sessions and workshops to beauty consultants, retail staff, and other professionals, ensuring they have comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products, techniques, and latest trends.
Teach proper product usage, application techniques, and skincare routines, as well as address customer needs and preferences to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and drive sales initiatives through effective product demonstrations and education.
Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and in-store promotions, ensuring that all beauty professionals reflect the brand's values and standards.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product launches, and new techniques to continuously improve training programs.
Monitor the progress and performance of trained staff, providing feedback and follow-up support.
Work closely with the marketing team to align training with promotional campaigns and new product launches.
The Successful ApplicantHold a valid international qualification as an esthetician or therapist.
6-8 years of experience as a professional trainer.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an esthetician, with a background in a spa or high-end institute.
Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
High interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit.
Strong customer service orientation.
Good listening skills, dynamic, and approachable with a positive attitude.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
Willingness and ability to relocate internationally as needed.
