Your Role Contract Logistics Production System Manager is responsible for optimizing logistics and supply chain processes within the organization.
This role involves implementing Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service quality.
The manager will lead continuous improvement projects, train team members in Six Sigma practices, and ensure that logistics goals are met.
Your ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Six Sigma Green Belt projects to enhance logistics and supply chain processes.
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Use data analysis tools to monitor and measure process performance.
Train and mentor team members in Six Sigma methodologies.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and team meetings to drive continuous improvement.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the logistics team.
Collect and analyze data to identify trends and root causes of logistics issues.
Validate measurement systems and ensure data accuracy.
Create visual representations of data to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Your Skills and ExperiencesBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a MUST.
Minimum 5 Years of related experiences
Proven experience in logistics management and process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization.
