Responsibilities:
Promotion Execution
Lead and supervise KAPE team (Supervisor) to execute the planned promotions and campaigns in designated key accounts.
This includes maintaining product on-shelf availability, product hygiene, planogram maintenance, promotion display setup, and promotion price updates.
Provide on-site outlet support including visiting outlets and organizing training for KAPE team (Sales & Merchandisers).
Ensure execution excellence in key account channel distribution for new product launches (planogram & in-store visibility).
Practice vigilance on competitors' activities and provide insights and findings.
Build effective relationships with retail partners, branches, and principals.
Category Management
Lead and supervise the Assistant Category Manager role for the development and implementation of Category Management services to designated Principals.
Analyze retailer scan data, sell-in data, and consumer research data to provide insights.
Conduct category reviews with assigned retailers and principals and recommend strategies to enhance category growth.
Provide space management services and act as a point of contact for retail customers.
Collaborate with Sales branches on planogram implementation.
Monitor, update, and audit approved planograms to trade.
Maintain a strong understanding of competitors' activities and distribution.
Trade Analysis
Lead and supervise trade analysts on KAPE tracking and reporting, analysis of internal sales data, and update Key Accounts promotion expenses and promotion bulletin tracking.
Update and generate key accounts promotion execution tracking report and KAFR outlet servicing KPI report and share with all parties.
Update and analyze BI reports (Tableau) and provide insights (topline) for management review.
Analyze and evaluate reports on market share, product penetration, and competitor performance.
Identify gaps and potential issues.
Review with the Customer Development team on Key Accounts promotion expenses tracking, service level tracking, and weekly promotion bulletin tracking.
Admin & Sales Analyst
Lead and supervise Admin and Sales Analyst role on updating, analyzing, and reviewing internal sales data (dashboard & sales report), stock forecasts, and agency promotion claims.
Update and prepare sales performance presentations for management review.
Update, analyze, and correct stock forecasts to provide up-to-date information to the Customer Development team.
Conduct KA chains forecast accuracy reviews.
Conduct timely price discount claims from Principals on all KA promotions on a monthly basis.
Consolidate all KA claims on a yearly basis.
Others:Handle any other relevant tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
More than 10 years of related experience in Sales Operation/Category Management with a proven track record in the FMCG industry.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Proficient in using Space Management Software by Nielsen.
Possess strong analytical skills with good business acumen, able to translate insights into action plans that deliver business growth.
