Job Title: NDT Engineer / NDT Technician
Detailed Job Description:
Execute the work of non-destructive testing (NDT).
Provide technical expertise on all NDT matters as required to Operations & Project team.
Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
Interpret or evaluate test results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, or procedures.
Prepare reports on non-destructive testing (NDT) results.
Select, calibrate, or operate equipment used in the non-destructive testing (NDT) of products or materials.
Review clients' specifications and scopes of work, prepare detailed NDT procedures & develop inspection plan to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with specified quality.
Ensure that all records of inspection work pack, technical documents, raw data, and any other supporting documents given by client are properly maintained in dedicated project & reporting shared folders.
Continue improving skills with cross-training on other NDT methods offered within the company.
Act as company representative at site to liaise with client on day-to-day site activities and progress.
Perform any other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company from time to time.
