Job Responsibilities: Network Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand the network of dealerships, service centers, and partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Dealer Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers and partners.
Evaluate potential candidates and negotiate terms to establish new business relationships.
Existing Network Management: Oversee and support existing network partners to ensure they meet performance standards and align with brand objectives.
Address any issues or challenges they may face.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Use insights to inform network expansion strategies and decisions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, service providers, and other key partners.
Act as a liaison between the company and its network to foster collaboration and resolve issues.
Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of network partners, including sales, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
Implement programs to improve performance and address any deficiencies.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to network partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively represent the brand and meet company standards.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts with dealers and partners, including terms, conditions, and performance metrics.
Ensure agreements align with company policies and objectives.
Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional activities, campaigns, and incentives that drive sales and enhance network performance.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure that network partners adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
Customer Experience: Work with network partners to enhance the customer experience, including service quality, facilities, and customer interactions.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on network performance, growth, and market conditions.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to senior management.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for network growth and development.
Align network objectives with overall business goals and strategies.
Budget Management: Manage the budget for network development initiatives, including recruitment, training, and marketing expenses.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the network, including dealer performance problems, operational challenges, and customer complaints.
Job Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network development, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including dealer recruitment, network expansion, and performance improvement initiatives.
Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts and agreements with network partners.
