Aethir, a company specializing in building distributed cloud infrastructure for gaming and AI companies, is currently looking for a Network Engineer. Key responsibilities include providing critical network infrastructure and managed cloud services support including L1/L2 support, integration, deployment, and maintenance of the Aethir system, as well as providing support to our ecosystem partners.
This role requires technical expertise and a customer-centric mindset. Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving will be essential in achieving the goals of delivering top-tier technical support, meeting SLAs, and driving continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the management, debugging, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. of network equipment and public cloud networks;
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of information security network security equipment and systems;
Responsible for the relevant work of the overall network system technology, including architecture, standards, specifications, maintenance, etc.;
Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the network and information system monitoring operation and maintenance platform;
Responsible for the regular inspection, backup, and emergency response of the network system to ensure the stability and security of the company's network system;
Qualifications & Experience:Ability to respond to issues promptly is required.
Experience with 7x24 operations is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in Linux system operations.
Familiar with server hardware and capable of handling various operational issues proficiently.
Proficient in common Linux commands and Shell scripting.
Experience with installing, configuring, and performance tuning multiple Linux distributions.
Skilled in deploying, configuring, and tuning the performance of common services like Nginx, MySQL, Redis, and Tomcat.
Experience with deployment and operations using tools like Ansible, Prometheus, and ELK.
Proficient in automating operational tasks using Shell or Python.
Familiar with public cloud architecture and management.
Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS is preferred.
