Responsibilities:
Mandarin speaking candidate only.
Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent in related fields.
1 year of experience in Express, Logistics, or other related businesses.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate and collaborate well with related teams.
Willing to work 6 days per week (Saturday - Work From Home).
Track delivery performance metrics such as delivery times, success rates, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
Inspect completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether it meets specifications and plan requirements.
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the parcel delivery process.
Note and report on work that does not meet requirements to Network QC Supervisors.
Educate couriers on the required standards.
Work with senior managers to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality.
Coordinate the dispatch of delivery tasks, track parcel movement, and conduct statistical analysis of service tasks, tracking their progress and analyzing service incidents such as lost or damaged parcels.
