Company: International IT Service Provider MNC Opportunity Nature: Permanent Employment Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6 PM) [Onsite] Benefits (on top of basic): up to MYR13,000 (Depend on experience) + Shift/Standby Allowance + Travel Expenses + Bonus Training: After on board - Tutorial training for 2 weeks; 4 weeks for technical training at Xi An, China - end of the training got an assessment. Job Descriptions: Provide remote or onsite technical support on SD-WAN product debugging and troubleshooting. Perform technical service work of SD-WAN project remote or onsite delivery, handle urgent business requests and issues from customers. Compose and maintain technical documentation and reports as required. For customer service request, shift working time or non-working time standby may be scheduled, and per location request, short term domestic or overseas travel may be required Shift/Standby allowance and travel expenses are to be determined case by case.
Job Requirements: At least 4 years or above experience in servicing SD-WAN or any related field. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, favorable Mandarin listening and speaking, normal reading and writing as liasing with Chinese clients. Solid experience in network device debugging project with in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and routing switch:
Junior: experienced engineer with solid knowledge, need help on key points when solving problems
Mid-level: Very experienced engineer, can solve most of customer problems alone, may need help on difficult or complicated problems
Senior: Solid experienced engineer and able to lead the team for service delivery and problem solving, able to provide help to others Good customer focus, service awareness, communication and coordination skills.
