ResponsibilitiesMeeting and exceeding sales target set.
Conduct regular meetings with Sales Advisors to ensure targets achieved.
Ensuring proper staffing of team.
Enhance company image and customer satisfaction ratings.
Handle and solve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction of customer.
Promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars & car accessories.
Monitor the sales advisors' daily appointments, follow ups, test drives, performance, booking orders and registration versus target.
Ensures that Sales Advisors understand and comply to SOP of discount structure, claims, cash transactions.
Oversee and perform administrative activities of the division as and when needed.
Manage the overall operations of the branch and undertaking ad-hoc assignments from upper management from time to time.
RequirementsMore than 10 years' experience in automotive sales.
Preferably has extensive experience managing big sales outlet, a big team of sales advisors and sales admin.
Good interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with people of all levels.
Possess a good track record / outstanding achievements.
Good managerial and administrative skills.
Willing to travel outstation from time to time and as and when needed.
