Job Description:WH Inbound/Troubleshooting Operation ManagementMonitoring inbound & T/S status and escalating WH-related issues to the appropriate teamIroning out WH(warehouse) issues by collaborating with local WH teams to identify the root cause of WH issues and coordinate improvement plansLFF(Local Fulfillment) inbound SOP standardization including market-specific policies and terms, warehouse optimization, packaging, shipping, and WH item specificationsCollaborating efficiently with work-close teams, such as NC commercial, and seller management to ensure seller inbound and T/S are completed within the deadlineRequirements:A bachelor's degree with at least 15 year of working experience is requiredStrong communication skills in Korean and English, both verbal and written, to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with work stakeholders from across the regionProficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.) is a mustExperience in ecommerce, logistics fulfilment, CBT, or process optimization experience is a plus
