Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that are competitive, cost effective, and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives Lead annual salary review processes, merit increase programs, and bonus payout cycles, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements Develop and implement a KPI performance management framework, policies, and processes Develop and implement online appraisal system Design and execute benefits programmes by identifying employees' needs and interests Stay informed about legislative changes, market trends, and best practices in compensation and benefits management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement The Requirements: Minimum Degree Holder with Min 8-10 Years of relevant good employment records Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling and HRIS systems Experience with compensation survey data and market pricing tools Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
