Responsibilities:Develop strategies for new marketing channels aligned with the brand's market development plan and guide local dealers in their implementation.
Oversee and manage the social media accounts for the brand and its dealers.
Provide support and guidance to local dealers in executing showroom marketing activities.
Ensure smooth operation and management of the brand's social media presence.
Design themes and create content for social media campaigns in accordance with market plans, and assist local dealers in executing them in alignment with the brand's schedule.
Collect and analyze operational data from local dealers' social media accounts, offering tailored one-on-one or group training sessions to enhance performance.
Conduct social media training for new dealers or newly onboarded staff.
Develop showroom marketing activity plans for dealers nationwide or within designated regions based on market plans and guide dealers in execution.
Continuously refine showroom marketing activities based on market feedback to maximize impact.
Gather data from local dealers' showroom marketing efforts, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement to strengthen underperforming areas and support dealer growth.
Qualifications:Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
Proficient in managing and optimizing social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to engage audiences and increase brand visibility.
Experienced in using analytics tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, and user engagement, turning data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to plan and execute both online and in-person marketing events to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Familiar with the latest digital media tools and platforms, able to integrate new media strategies with traditional marketing efforts for a cohesive approach.
