Job Summary: As a member of the Advanced Packaging team, you will manage various aspects of die and packaging technology development, process improvement, and new product introduction including premium discrete, power modules and related packages for Automotive and Industrial and Consumer applications.
You will directly support and contribute to the corporate product and technology development.
The job also requires working closely with central material development team on the new and upcoming material needs for the customer application.
Responsibilities You will interact directly with the corporate business units, design engineering, product engineering, operations, external material suppliers, and external subcontract assembly packaging service providers and the customers.
In addition to packaging development and new product introduction, you will be responsible for developing analytical techniques for evaluating new package designs and technologies through quantitative and qualitative approaches including statistical analysis, and design of experiments.

At least Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Materials) or Science disciplines (Physics, Chemistry).
Strong assembly, die technology and packaging interaction knowledge.
Strong analytical knowledge expecially failure analysis methodology and root cause analysis.
Strong statistical analysis knowledge.
Possessing Six sigma certification is an added advantage.
Capable of working in a cross functional team and driving towards finding the most appropriate resolution in a shortest time possible.
