Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Aemulus R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather essential specifications for upcoming technologies and future product releases, aligning with the company's market roadmap.
Assist in the examination of product designs and the evaluation of potential applications for new products, while defining characterization plans and analysing the performance of emerging technologies.
Contribute to the development of test software programming, algorithms, and methodologies for new products, from conceptualization through to manufacturing readiness.
Engage with the Product Development team during the integration of testers, demonstrating proficiency in implementing various characterization tests and calibration methods.
Conduct technical validation of hardware performance to ensure alignment with design expectations, collaborating with R&D and Sales teams to define technical collateral, such as datasheets.
Collaborate with Application Engineers to provide technical support for feasibility studies, assess new customer requirements, and deliver post-sales support and solutions.
Partner with the Production Engineering team to facilitate knowledge transfer regarding new products, conducting interactive demonstrations and providing training to the Production team.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/RF) or equivalent.
Competent in understanding electronic schematic of high complexity (RF, analog, digital, close loop system).
Familiarity with programming languages such as C# and C++, as well as fundamental analog and digital circuit design concepts, is advantageous.
While not mandatory, some exposure to test and measurement product design would be advantageous.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
