Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during the night shift.
Ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and training as needed.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the shift.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and stock levels.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Prepare and submit reports on shift activities and performance.
Job Requirements:
Candidate possess at least SPM/ Diploma.
Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of safety regulations and company policies.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
