Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 - 5 of successful sales experience in the Forex and CFD Institutional liquidity.
· In-depth understanding of Forex and Crypto markets, liquidity solutions, and trading technologies.
· Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
· Diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
· Mastery of communication skills, including both verbal and written proficiency in English, is essential, and proficiency in Mandarin is considered as an advantage.
Scopes:
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional Brokers and high-net-worth individuals in the Forex and CFD Institutional liquidity Market.
· Understand clients' needs, trading strategies, and business goals to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
· Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue leads through strategic prospecting and networking.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
· Demonstrate a deep understanding of our liquidity products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition to clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
· Provide valuable insights to the team based on market feedback and client interactions.
· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
· Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
