Centralized ETS maintenance to support Instrumentation System Related matters to ensure Chilled Water Supply (CHW) Supply continuity and efficiency. To support Plant production through well-coordinated ETS equipment maintenance regime and ensuring tasks execution is completed strictly as per plant SOP to support Plant HSE agenda.
Accountabilities Perform all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks according to job work orders and planning using CMMS (Centralized Maintenance Management System) – Y cloud X.
Troubleshoot ETS equipment such as Programmable Logic Controllers, Modulating Valves, Temperature Sensors for breakdowns, tripping, and failures to restore equipment functionality promptly.
Execute maintenance activities including optimized spare parts management, work scheduling, report preparation/review, verification of payment documents, and procurement oversight. Serve as the primary custodian for contract activities, ensuring contract deliverables are met.
Participate in health, safety, and environment (HSE) programs, activities, and campaigns organized by the company. Enforce company safety regulations, including monitoring contractor work quality and HSE compliance.
Support company long-term plans and growth strategies as required by management. Undertake tasks related to Operations, Maintenance, Projects, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment), General Building Maintenance, and Technical Services department initiatives.
Requirements Qualifications: Diploma in Electronic, Electronic Computer, Electrical, or related Engineering fields. Any other relevant Engineering qualifications. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in Basic PLC Programming. Experience troubleshooting instrumentation equipment and interpreting Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW) systems and Confined Space Activity protocols. Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
