JOB SUMMARY:
onsemi is looking for a reliability leader to work in a fast-paced environment and be a key team member to accelerate adoption of cutting-edge products and technologies.
In this highly visible role, the candidate will work with multiple business units and interface with Tier 1 customers to ensure we exceed customers' needs with high quality, reliable products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead New Product Quality and Reliability engineering team
Define and execute initiatives to improve the success of new product development
Coordinate with customers and product development teams to define quality and reliability requirements based on customer use conditions
Own reliability test planning and logistics
Work with internal cross-functional teams to deploy thorough characterization routines to ensure successful NPD qualification and ramp
Own communication with customers and executive team on product qualification status
Be the key quality interface with customers on new product development
Multitask and manage several qualifications at a time
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Device Physics, Materials, or relevant field
10+ years in a comparable role
Experience on Si, SiC and GaN technologies (discretes and power modules) targeted in high power applications
Knowledge of device physics, semiconductor wafer fab and packing
Experience with JMP or other statistical tools for data analysis
Thorough knowledge of industry standards – JEDEC, AEC, AQG, etc
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communications skills, including the ability to challenge ideas in a healthy manner
Willingness to travel (US domestic and international)ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Worker will be paid not less than the minimum wage according to the local applicable law.

Working Hours:
Normal Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm (Please observe your location working hours)
Shift Structure: Periodically rotating shift structure.
Night Shift: 6.00pm – 6.00am
Overtime Rate:
For overtime on Ordinary Working Day and/or Off Day: rate of one and a half (1.5) times the hourly rate of pay;
For overtime on Rest Day and Public Holiday: minimum of two (2) times the hourly rate of pay.
13 working days on a prorated basis for less than 2 years of service.
Max 22 working days for year of service 15+.
