Job Objectives Maintain accurate BOM and product technical information. Ensure information are up to date and proliferate into relevant department involve. In charge on machine assembly processes, refurbish or retrofit project. Obtain require materials according to BOM. Ensure Production perform assembly process according to manufacturing process instruction (MPI), completed on time and compliance to customer workmanship requirements. Assist customer, superior or quality engineer to perform machine functional test. Perform 5S's at working area. Job Responsibilities Compiling and maintain accurate BOM, products technical information. Prepare documents and reports to ensure product information is available and update to date for future reference. Responsible to generate MPI for modules assembly, panel assembly, wiring, pneumatics routing and trunking management according to design specification Responsible to work with Production team for modules alignment and fine tune machine to achieve optimum machine (product) output and document into MPI. Assist in performing module function test according to inspection check list and record results created. Assist in perform data collection to verify process or project buyoff. Provide support to process engineer or customer during in-house project buy off. Comply with PE ISO procedures and requirements. Feedback to superior if procedures are not able to follow or meet work requirements. Perform 5S's at working area all the times. Carry out any project assigned by Superior, OD, GEC and/ or CEO. Qualification Certificate or Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic from reputable university or college. Minimum 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in machine automation assemblies, support services or design Skills Must able to perform assembly work independently within minimum guidance. Must have technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic. Able to understand mechanical drawing and electrical schematics. Able to perform data analysis, identify root causes and provide potential solution.
