Requirement: Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishCandidates possess at least any degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent and/or at least 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionCan work independently and possess positive working attitudeWilling to learn and be trainedAble to analyze or read drawing Job Description Coordinate with Production Engineering and QA groups to develop strategies for new products.Provide engineering support for all activities in product development processGenerating timing plans with the internal teams to then be discussed and shared with the customers.Liaise with customers & suppliers on new projectsCoordinate with engineering and production management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products.Assist production department and manage communication across all departmentsDevelop product test plans and perform production test according to manufacturing processAssist New Product Introduction Manager and mange integration of all products according to manufacturing principles.APQP submission - management of all related tasksWork with design engineering and assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high-volume products.
