Npi Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the R&D team and vendors to ensure equipment designs meet required specifications and standards.Assist in creating and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines.Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of all new equipment used in company operations; monitor and report on project progress and performance.Conduct process validation and qualification activities.Perform research and analysis to identify optimal equipment options and technologies for specific projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient equipment performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements to optimize productivity and safety.Monitor equipment performance and conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues, including diagnosing faults and implementing corrective actions.Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications for equipment manufacturing and assembly.Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. REQUIREMEMTS
Bachelor Degree in any field relevant to Engineering, Mechanical, MechatronicPrefer with minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing industryFresh graduate are welcome for this positionGood interpersonal & communication skill with positive working attitudeManage to work in a team in executing projects & strive for excellentCandidates fluent in mandarin is preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients Posses own transport and accommodation
