Min Qualification:
Registered nurse with current and valid APC from Malaysian Nursing Board
Diploma holder with 1 to 3 yrs experience as a Staff Nurse
Pleasant personality, good communication skills
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu
Willing to work on shift
Able to multitask
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Your Responsibility:
To manage the reception area
To create a positive experience by welcoming and assisting patients
To register patients and prepare files for new cases
To prepare the doctor and treatment rooms daily according to the needs
To deal with patients in a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times
To chaperon doctors while doing physical examinations
To perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
To perform or to assist doctors in procedures such as dressing, suction, blood taking including labeling of biological samples.
To prepare and dispense medication accurately
To assist in the stock counting, ordering and collection of supplies and medications
To assist in the maintenance of the instruments/equipment in the clinic
To set up and stock examination and procedure rooms
To perform administrative duties and other duties as required.
