ResponsibilitiesMaintain high standards of patient care by supervising, directing, and guiding all staff in the continuing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care activities to achieve optimal patient care.
Maintain accurate and adequate nursing documentation concerning patient care.
Deliver patient care at the expected competency level and act as a resource person in nursing care practices, knowledge, and skills.
Ensure effective staff scheduling based on the correct skill set and mix of team members to support the department operation.
Experience & Other RequirementsRegistered Nurse with LJM Certificate.
Annual Practice Certificate (APC).
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
Qualified with Post Basic Nursing will be an added advantage.
