These services consist of a series of tests designed to identify patients' risks of developing specific diseases, ensuring early detection and proactive healthcare management. Job Description: Currently, they are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) / Medical Assistant to join their dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a positive patient experience. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor and document patient's condition and response to treatment.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.Well-trained in draw blood and administering IV drips.Coordinate closely with the lab to address any patient inquiries regarding additional Blood screening. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities. RequirementsValid APC licenseDiploma in Nursing or Medical AssistantProven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care. Preferred Qualifications:  Certification in a specialized area of nursing practiceExperience with basic computer data entryBLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications BenefitsBasic pay + OT AllowanceEPF, SOCSO, and EISEntitled to Annual Leaves & Public HolidaysYearly bonus and increment
