Nursing Supervisor

Provide a critical link between management and clinical care- Overseeing patient-care operations- Provide personal care, meal assistance, transportation, medication management, and other health care duties as needed- Assigning and monitoring staff nurses/other clinical staff by identifying and implementing quality improvements- Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills- Jasper Lodge covers several areas in Malaysia including Selangor, Penang, Sarawak, Johor and Pahang.- 24 Hours security home- Food and Accommodation provided- Shirt uniform/Scrubs provided- Meal Allowance for Johor branch only- Office working hours with minimum of 45 hours and maximum of 48 hours per week- Overtime entitlement if working more than 48 hours per week- Annual increment and bonus- Public Holiday Leave and Annual Leave can be carried forward- Yearly assessment for promotion and bonus- Probation of 3 to 6 months with permanent full-time job- Medical Claim up to RM800 per year- Gross Salary can up to RM4500- Monthly allowance entitlement such as Travelling Allowance and others**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Parental leaveSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
