Nutritionist cum Operation Executive Job Duties:
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards; training internal & external parties; surveying customers; evaluating outcomes and feedbacks.
Resolves customer problems by training telemarketing service representatives; maintaining reference manuals and dialogue guides; providing information; answering questions.
Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments; participating with and providing resources to sales / marketing teams.
Keeps management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations.
To liaise with relevant government authorities for product licensing.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders.
Create compelling copy for sales and marketing materials, including product descriptions, brochures, and advertisements.
Support company activities e.g.
roadshows, exhibitions, expo, etc.
Drive brand awareness and sales campaigns through community platforms e.g.
social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), roadshows, exhibitions.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics/ Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics/ Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics.
1-2 years of working experience in food or pharmaceutical industry; fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Must have own transportation.
Willingness to travel as required.
Copywriting skills in Mandarin.
