Job DescriptionTotal responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance management of the entire plant and building.
Responsible for the operation and maintenance equipment for smooth operation of the plant, managing and leading preventive maintenance work as per schedule (CMMS) and coordinate with service/repair contractor.
Regularly check and monitor the performance of machinery and systems to ensure they are operating within desired parameters.
Make necessary adjustments to equipment settings or processes to optimize performance or meet operational needs.
Record operational data such as pressure, temperature, flow rates, and production output for analysis and reporting.
Monitoring performance, troubleshooting, maintained and determining, needed repairs and improvements.
To coordinate, provide supports to Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer and managing external parties such consultant/contractors.
Attend to any other duties assigned by Supervisor, Engineer and Manager.
QualificationsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regular
Update on the PM schedule, history report and filing.
Regular meeting with Supervisor, Engineer to discuss on the improvement plans and on problem solving
Irregular
Report out any abnormal condition and breakdown to superior
Coordinate and perform on the repairing, servicing and installing equipment/system within the area of responsibilities
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
A certificate or Diploma in relevant field of study
Technical Certifications in HVAC, PLC Programming, Electrical systems or Mechanical Maintenance
PREFERRED:
Minimum 3 to 5 years experiences in facilities, operation and maintenance technician in electronic, semiconductor or equivalent industry
Knowledge of facilities equipment, machinery and tools along with the ability to troubleshoot and repair.#J-18808-Ljbffr
