Occupational Safety And Health Coordinator (Osh-C)

Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator (OSH-C)What you need to do:
Develop andimplement occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs .
Conduct regular inspections and audits of the workplaceto identify hazards and assess risks.
Collaborate with department head to develop and implement safety protocols and practices.
Provide guidance and support to employees on occupational health and safety matters.
Coordinate safety training programs for employees , including new hire orientation and ongoing education.
Investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety incidentsto determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident investigations.
Keep abreast of changes in safety regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections as required.
Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives.
Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures.
To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
Maintain and responsible for 5's practices in workplace.
Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma Engineering (Environmental / Health and Safety)or equivalent
Minimum 3 yearsof working experience in HSE related field.
Registered DOSH Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator (OSH-C).
